Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Community Education Coordinator to join our non-profit team. As the Community Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various educational programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth and adults, developing curriculum, and managing projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, schedule & implement community educational programs including Girls Build Summer Camps, Money Matters and Skills Labs.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for educational programs
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to instructors and students
- Assist in writing grant proposals to secure funding for educational initiatives
- Manage project timelines and deliverables

Skills:
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds

- Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously

- Higher education teaching experience preferred

Programs may be scheduled on weekends, evenings and early mornings in addition to daytime hours. This position is required to be present at all educational events.
