2. Is your current rental home too expensive for you, overcrowded or in disrepair?
3. Have you lived or worked in Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Price, Polk, Taylor, Rusk or Washburn County for at least a year?
4. Are you willing to help build a new home alongside volunteers?
5. Are you able to make monthly mortgage and escrow payments?
6. Is your credit score at least 580?
7. Do you and your family fit the Housing Urban Development (HUD) guidelines?
