Spooner ReStore is a nonprofit home goods and building supply store that sells new and gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, and more, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting local Wild Rivers Habitat for Humanity programs. It's a place where community members can find deals while supporting affordable housing initiatives.
It's not a typical retail store—it operates to raise funds for Habitat’s mission and is driven by donations rather than traditional inventory purchasing. Your purchases and donations directly impact the lives of families in need of safe, affordable housing. Whether you shop, donate, or a little of both, everyone wins at ReStore—it’s the store that builds homes!
1. You donate home goods and building materials to ReStore.
2. Items are sold to the public at a fraction of regular retail prices.
3. Usable materials find new homes instead of ending up in landfills.
4. Proceeds build decent, affordable housing with local families in need.
Please note we are unable to pickup donations. In order to schedule a drop off, you must call during business hours and speak to a ReStore Associate directly. Please do not leave a message if you need to schedule a donation drop off.
We ask that anyone who wants to make a donation of new or slightly used items to our ReStore call to schedule an appointment. We cannot accept drop-ins. All items must be cleaned and in good working condition prior to donation.
ReStore reserves the right to turn down items and donations need to be inspected by ReStore staff prior to donation approval.
See our Donation Guide below for a full list of items the ReStore can and cannot accept.
